Residential Service FAQ

Can I cancel at any time?

Absolutely! We do NOT have contracts!

We ask that you give us notice, you can either call our office or put your request in writing. You must settle your outstanding balance at the time you request closing. If there is a balance and payment is not made the balance will be turned over to collections for non-payment.

How often do you pick-up?

Once per week for residential trash, once every other week (bi-weekly) for residential recycle. We ask that you place your trash at the end of your driveway before 7AM on your scheduled pick-up day.

Forget to put your trash out?

Ask about our Roll Out Service!

Do you provide trash cans?

We provide industry-standard 96-gallon cans (“toters”) for residential trash and recycle items.

How much waste am I allowed to place at the curb?

Our standard service allows for the provided 96-gallon cart plus 3 additional bags of trash. If you have more than this, please contact our office to arrange for a pre-payment.

When will I be billed?

Your billing will be on a quarterly basis. We streamline this into a quarterly payment, so you only see a bill 4 times a year (March, June, September, and December).

What payment methods do you accept?

To streamline our services all accounts are automatically placed on our free auto-pay service, you can pay with checking account (bank pay) or credit/debit card. We accept most major credit cards (sorry we do not accept AMEX).

When will my auto pay withdrawn from my account?

Payments will be withdrawn the last Friday of March, June, September, and December. This payment will be for the following quarter as we bill in advance.

What holidays do you observe?

We are closed for New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If your normal service day occurs on a day prior to the holiday your services will not be affected. If your service day occurs on or after the weekday holiday; your service will be delayed by one day with Friday services being offered on Saturday. If a holiday is ever on a Saturday or Sunday, there will not be any delays in service for that week.

If your account goes past due, you need to contact the office to make payment arrangements. If your account falls behind 15 days, the account will be SUSPENDED.
