Judd has a cell and molecular biology degree from the University of Washington. He served 4 years in the Army as an Infantry Officer. He has over 20 years of experience in the disposal industry.  He started in 2002 working for Waste Connections in the Denver market, managing a high-volume transfer station. In 2007, he built and opened the Sedalia Landfill for Waste Connections. In 2008 he became the GM of Bestway Disposal in Colorado Springs. He managed Bestway Disposal through the GFL acquisition until 2020. In his spare time Judd enjoys spending time with his wife Lisa Marie, daughter Zoe, and 2 dogs. He can be found golfing, fly-fishing, or at church on Sundays.

Johnny has over 23 years of experience in the disposal industry.  He started as a dispatcher for BFI and shortly afterwards US Waste Industries acquired the company in 2000. After 2 years of dispatching, he obtained his Commercial B Driver’s License and became a residential driver.  In 2005, he was promoted to Residential Supervisor overseeing 45 employees.  In 2009, US Waste Industries sold to Waste Connections, and he continued in his role of Residential Supervisor until joining Bestway Disposal becoming the first Front Load Recycle Driver route.  In 2019, the owners of Bestway Disposal sold to GFL Environmental, and he continued in his role until deciding to join the Infinite Disposal Team in February 2022.  Johnny comes from a military background which he has a continuous dedication to provide exceptional customer service and safety.  Johnny’s hobbies are playing softball and spending quality time with his wife, family, and grandchildren.

Crystal is a native to Colorado and graduated at Wasson High School. She started her career after high school in the dental field for over 9 years. Crystal had the opportunity to take a position with Springs Waste Systems in 2017 and never looked back. Over the years, Crystal worked her way up to become manager over all commercial accounts. The experience she received at Springs Waste gave her the opportunity to be a part of the team at Infinite Disposal. Crystal is excited to be back with a local owner and family-operated business. She has two daughters, Shaianne and Alyssa. On her free time, she enjoys hiking, riding bikes, spending time with her family, and most of all, watching her daughter play sports.
